Welcome to 2RightFeet Dance School ("2RF", "we", "our", or "us"). By enrolling yourself or your child as a student, purchasing merchandise, or using our studio services and facilities, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Enrollment & Accounts
Registration: All students (or their parent/legal guardian if the student is under 18) must complete an official enrollment form and provide accurate contact and emergency details before attending classes.
Account Responsibility: Parents/guardians are responsible for keeping contact, billing, and medical information updated with the studio administration.
2. Fees & Payments
Payment Schedule: Tuition fees are billed in advance per term or payment cycle. All payments must be made by the due date specified on your invoice.
Payment Methods: Transactions are processed securely via third-party processors (e.g., Stripe). Any processing or direct debit fees are detailed at checkout.
Overdue Accounts: Failure to pay tuition fees by the designated due date may result in a late fee or temporary suspension of class participation until the balance is paid.
Refunds: Refunds and cancellations are governed strictly by our Refund Policy. Tuition fees are non-refundable for change of mind or missed classes.
Refund Policy
RF1. Term & Monthly Tuition Fees
No Change-of-Mind Refunds: Tuition fees secure a student’s place in a class. Refunds or fee reductions are not provided for change of mind once a term or payment cycle has commenced.
Pro-Rata Adjustments: New students joining mid-term will have their initial tuition fees calculated on a pro-rata basis for the remaining classes in that term.
Discontinuation Notice: To cancel ongoing enrollment, written notice must be provided at least 14 days prior to the start of the upcoming payment period. Payments processed before receipt of written notice are non-refundable.

RF2. Absenteeism & Missed Classes
Absences: Tuition fees are charged for the term/period regardless of attendance. We do not offer refunds, credits, or discounts for missed classes due to personal obligations, vacations, minor illnesses, or school events.
Make-Up Classes: We don't offer any Makeup classes

RF3. Studio Cancellations & Timetable Changes
Instructor Illness or Studio Closure: If 2RightFeet Dance School cancels a class due to teacher unavailability, studio emergency, or extreme weather, a scheduled make-up session will be arranged.
Refund / Credit Right: If a replacement class cannot be rescheduled or provided, a pro-rata account credit or direct refund will be issued for the cancelled class.

RF4. Dance Apparel & Merchandise
Change of Mind / Sizing Exchanges: Apparel items (such as jerseys, crop tops, and crew merchandise) may be exchanged for a different size within 14 days of purchase, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, in original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase. We do not provide cash refunds for change of mind.
Faulty Merchandise: If merchandise is defective or substantially different from the sample shown, you are entitled to a full replacement or refund.

RF5. Consumer Guarantees
Nothing in this policy limits, restricts, or excludes any rights or remedies you have under statutory consumer guarantees (including Australian Consumer Law). If a service or product experiences a major failure that cannot be remedied within a reasonable time, you are entitled to cancel the service agreement or receive a full refund.
3. Code of Conduct & Studio Rules
Student & Parent Conduct: All students, parents, and visitors must treat teachers, staff, and fellow students with respect. Bullying, harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior will result in immediate termination of enrollment without a refund.
Punctuality & Attendance: Students must arrive on time for scheduled classes. Late arrivals may be asked to observe rather than participate if warming up is missed, to prevent injury.
Apparel & Uniforms: Students must follow the studio dress code and wear suitable dance footwear or official 2RF crew apparel for designated classes, workshops, and competitions.
4. Health, Safety & Injury Disclaimer
Physical Activity: Dance is a physical activity involving risk of personal injury. By participating, you acknowledge and accept these inherent risks.
Medical Fitness: Students must be physically fit to participate. Parents/guardians must disclose any pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or allergies prior to class participation.
Emergency Medical Care: In the event of a medical emergency, studio staff are authorized to seek necessary medical assistance or transportation for the student if the parent/guardian cannot be reached immediately. Any associated medical costs are the responsibility of the parent/guardian.
Personal Belongings: 2RightFeet Dance School is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property brought onto studio premises.
5. Media & Intellectual Property
Photography & Video: Photo and video capture during classes, showcases, and events is managed according to our Privacy Policy. Explicit opt-in/opt-out preferences are recorded during registration.
Choreography & Branding: All original choreography, music edits, logos, and merchandise designs (including 2RF branding) created by 2RightFeet Dance School remain the sole intellectual property of 2RF. Video recording of choreography for commercial or external distribution without permission is strictly prohibited.
6. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Notice of significant changes will be communicated via email or posted on our official communication channels.
